Disclosure for Donors

Keep Santa Rosa Beautiful, Inc. (“KSRB”) is a Section 501(c)3 charitable organization, EIN 59-3282135 registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, CH13431, and serves as an affiliate organization of Keep America Beautiful. The sole purpose of KSRB is to educate and inform the public in Santa Rosa County and adjacent counties in Northwest Florida concerning litter reduction and other environmental issues while promoting a clean community in Santa Rosa County through recycling, elimination and removal, and proper disposal of household hazardous waste, operation of the T. W. Jones House Education Center, Panhandle Butterfly House and Green Up Native Nursery, and it solicits funds to support this purpose. Donations are to KSRB and not to KSRB programs or partners. KSRB shall conduct programs and activities; raise funds; request and receive grants, gifts, and bequests of moneys; acquire, receive, hold, invest, and administer, in its own name, securities, funds, objects of value, or other property, real or personal; and make expenditures to or for the direct or indirect benefit of the mission it serves.
